Starting from $129 for a space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
For larger spaces:
each additional bedroom: + $40
each additional full bathroom: + $60
half bathroom (toilet only): + $30

The price may change only if a bedroom is unusually large or a teenager’s room hasn’t been cleaned in weeks 😉

Home DEEP Cleaning
from $249
This option is for you if your home hasn’t seen a vacuum or proper dusting in quite a while.
Deep Cleaning is a thorough, top-to-bottom service — perfect after a long break, before guests arrive, after move-in, or when you want a real fresh start.
Starting from $249 for a space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
For larger spaces:
each additional bedroom: + $40
each additional full bathroom: + $60
half bathroom (toilet only): + $30

The final price may change if the home is significantly larger than average, or if we’re dealing with heavy buildup, extreme dirt, pet hair overload, grease, or long-term neglect.
If you have a bedroom the size of the White House or a bathroom that looks like a palace, please let us know in advance — so we can properly plan the time and the cleaning crew.
*Deep Cleaning does not include junk removal, heavy furniture moving, or biohazard cleanup unless agreed in advance.

Move IN/OUT Cleaning
from $249
Moving in or moving out? This cleaning is for empty (or almost empty) spaces that need to be spotless — not “looks fine from the doorway.”
We clean everything landlords, property managers, and new tenants actually care about: floors, baseboards, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, and all the places regular cleaning skips.
This service is perfect if:
you’re handing the keys back and want your deposit to come home with you
you’re moving in and don’t trust what “cleaned” means to the previous tenant
the place is empty and ready for a serious reset
What to know upfront (no surprises):
the home should be empty or nearly empty
we do not remove furniture, trash, or large items (junk removal is a separate service)
pricing depends on size and condition — every move-out is different
This is a detailed, one-time clean. Slower, deeper, and done right.
If the apartment hasn’t been cleaned since the last lease… we’ll notice — and handle it.

Recurring Cleaning
from $129
Regular cleaning for homes and apartments scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
To start recurring service, the first visit is always a Standard or Deep Cleaning. That sets the baseline and lets us keep the same level on every visit. No shortcuts, no guessing.
Recurring cleaning is priced similar to Standard Cleaning, but discounted rates apply for ongoing service — that’s the benefit of keeping a regular schedule.

Apartment /Residential Cleaning

Apartment cleaning is a slightly different game than houses — tighter spaces, shared buildings, faster turnarounds. We know it well.
We clean apartments the same way we’d want ours cleaned: properly, thoroughly, and without pretending something “wasn’t that bad”.
This service follows the same clear rules as our Standard and Deep Cleaning — pricing is based on the size of the apartment and the number of rooms. Simple and transparent.

Final price depends on the apartment size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the level of cleaning needed.
Great for:
• regular apartment cleaning
• move-in / move-out
• rentals between tenants
• anyone who wants a real refresh, not a quick wipe-down
Important, said clearly:
We clean — we do not remove furniture, trash, or leftover items. Junk removal is a separate service and requires a separate quote.
Recurring apartment cleaning is also available — same scope, better pricing, less stress.

One-day home RESET
from $349
This is not a quick clean.
This is a full-day, top-to-bottom reset.
Our One-Day Home Reset is designed for homes that need serious attention — after months of neglect, before a major life event, or when you simply want a complete fresh start.
Two professional cleaners dedicate an entire day to your space.
We go beyond surface cleaning and focus on deep dust removal, detailed scrubbing, neglected corners, buildup, and areas most services skip.
This service is intensive, strategic, and time-planned — not rushed.
Ideal for:
• homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a long time
• post-renovation reset (light debris only)
• seasonal deep transformation
• preparing your home for sale or special events
Starting from $349
Final price depends on size, layout, and condition.
⚠ Heavy junk removal, inside appliances, and moving large furniture are not included (available as Add-On Boosts).
Pet fee applies if animals live in the home.

All add-ons are optional and priced separately from the base service.
Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, and level of buildup.
Appliances, cabinets, and refrigerators must be empty prior to service.
Bed linen change does not include laundering; clean linens must be provided by the client.
A pet fee applies to homes with pets due to additional time required for hair and dander removal.
Pets must be secured during the service for safety reasons.
Extra heavy buildup refers to kitchens or bathrooms requiring additional time and effort beyond standard or deep cleaning.
Exterior windows, furniture moving, and junk removal are not included.
